I took some pictures of the future home during the inspection.  So granted it won't have this furniture or look quite the same in certain rooms as far as paint goes, but this will give you a sneak peak at what's in store!  I hope you are ready for some summer BBQs and those wine tastings again, after you help us move of course!

As of this morning we are under contract!  We picked a later find up in the Country Walk community of Harford County.  Now to start the mortgage application, appraisals and inspection.  Here is a picture of the house!

In other news, our good friends Andrew and Michelle welcomed Henry Fox Yanek into the world on 3/12/09.  Congratulations to you both!

Not so happy news is I got a ticket on the same day.  Ugh and in the city too, all because I couldn't stop soon enough going down a hill.  That will be fun to deal with.

Now that the previous house buying adventure is almost over (just waiting on our money back) we are starting all over again.  It's about damn time too because we are getting sick of living in this apartment with the trailer park trash above us.  It will be nice to own a home again.  Although I have not missed the yard work and extra space to clean.

We have given some examples to our realtor and she has also given us some to look at.  Starting this weekend we should be out at open houses, first here in Harford County and then working our way outward.  Community comes first, neighborhood, schools, all that good stuff.  Then we are focusing on number of rooms, lot size, kitchen and bathroom layouts.

It seems that when you don't look at a site for a while all these new and strange creations will pop up.  Like alchoholic tea...erm...not so sure about that one.
