Today Scott took me out for my Christmas present of a shopping spree.  We went to Westfield of Annapolis and Arundel Mills
Mall
before we could bear to walk no more.

Annapolis was actually disappointing.  We went in to stores that appeared to have good potential, but they ended up carrying flimsy made clothes, way to expensive brands or fugly prints.  I know Scott said no limits but I can't bring myself to spend money on something that will either fall apart or costs more then my groceries for the week.  The only redeeming part was they had a Bare Escentuals store, so I snagged some better eye make-up remover and set myself up with their store club (they will be coming to White Marsh soon.  Brace yourself wallet).

The Mills gave us a better fair.  Some of the same stores had a cleaner, well organized and larger selection.  Plus there were sales out the butt at this mall.  About time people!  We dropped dough at Charlotte Russe, Old Navy, Gap Outlet and H&M.  I bought on sale so the final bill only made it to about $180 (that includes the eye remover).  Ok so I didn't spree at all.  I could have spent more if my legs didn't give out and if I had no soul.  I did walk away with the following:

  1. Black and blue printed and pocketed knee length dress skirt
  2. Womens Quilted Fleece Vest in green
  3. Leggings in Chocolate and Dark Green
  4. Cable Crew Neck sweater in black
  5. Fall shorts like these only in brown pattern
  6. Cashmere Scoop neck sweater in green
  7. Wool blend Vneck sweater in gray stripe
  8. Scoop neck sweater in gray, like this only no Vneck or Pompoms.

That is basically $20 an item.  We saved, I got goodies and had some fun so all in all it was worth it.  Plus I still have my books to buy.  I am tired though.  I feel a little better after taking a nap.  I should find some dinner since it is almost 9pm.
