Fruity Granola Bagel Spread
Works great on toast too!

1/2 cup dried cranberries
12 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup original loose granola mix
2 tbsp confectioner's sugar
Dash of Cinnamon

  1. Soak the cranberries in a bowl of warm water for 20 minutes until plumped up.  Then drain and pat dry.
  2. Use a rubber spatula to mash the cranberries, cream cheese, granola, sugar and Cinnamon in a medium bowl. 

Stays fresh for up to 3 days covered and in the fridge!
